I’m Teresa — shaping better experiences through curiosity and craft.

My design journey began at web design agencies, where I designed apps and coded campaign sites, and gradually evolved into a career as a Digital Art Director.

That path eventually led me to Veryday (later McKinsey Design), where I expanded into prototyping experiences for both digital interfaces and physical products. Over time, I discovered how research, systems thinking, and prototyping could shape meaningful and practical experiences.

Today, I work both operationally and strategically: conducting research, exploring insights, creating concepts, and leading design toward better solutions. I’m dedicated to leading teams, guiding design-driven projects, and nurturing innovation on a strategic level.

I believe in moving beyond assumptions, exploring what’s possible, and designing solutions that make the world..even if just a little bit...better.
